I try to breathe and make myself aware of that every day.
I have slowed down my life. It’s almost at a standstill now. It used to be a dangerous speed.
I let so many people down, those who trusted much in me. Only total honesty can bring total reconciliation. Without it you will never epxerience harmony. I live a life that makes me happy and others feel safe.
I work in an office miles away from London but close to my three beautiful children and my sacred friend who I married in the winter of ninety three.
